What You’ll Need
1 1/2 cups cooked or 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup tahini
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup water
Optional: 1/8 teaspoon cayenne for a little kick
The Fun Part
Combine all ingredients except the water in a food processor and blend for about 15 seconds. While the processor is running, pour water in through the shoot and whip until smooth and creamy.
